DelliCarpini works between New York and the world. As a travel writer and blogger, DelliCarpini takes in an abundance of sensory experiences, especially visual. Through mobile media capture and publishing, imagery can lose its sparkle and impact. However, through the abstract line, DelliCarpini works to reconnect and “evoke feelings and emotions back to a place” This reflective knowledge encourages viewers to take a “digital detox”. DelliCarpini goes on to, “encourage bloggers and travelers alike to breathe in a setting and feel the diversity of a place.”
Eight canvases range in size from 16 x 20” through 48 x 48” with abstract impressions throughout Italy.
